ELS Peer Leaders are a select group of experienced student leaders who are passionate about serving as a resource for student engagement. ELS Peer Leaders serve as liaisons between professional staff in the ELS and the rest of the student body by exemplifying the benefits of getting engaged on campus, highlighting campus resources, and connecting students with student organizations, leadership and service opportunities.
ELS Peer Leaders host Engagement Coaching sessions throughout the year to help students establish their engagement pathways. By booking an Engagement Coaching session, you can set up a one-on-one meeting with an ELS Peer Leader for support and guidance in finding areas of involvement that align with your interests. When booking your session, you can share more information about yourself and things you might be interested in getting involved with to help your Peer Leader prepare for your Engagement Coaching session.
