This new request form allows you to make various requests on behalf of your organization, including Fundraising/Collection Permits and Changes, Primary Contact Changes, Listserv Announcements, Constitution Updates, Name Changes, and more. You should indicate which type of request you are submitting in the final question on the first page of the form.

Each year, the ELS recognizes the outstanding achievements of students and organizations. Applications are currently open!
The ELS Listserv goes out every Monday and contains announcements about involvement opportunities at UGA. This includes information about getting involved with student organizations, upcoming events, open applications, and other ways to get engaged. Subscribe to this email list to stay up to date!
Registering your student organization through ELS grants your organization access to certain privileges, including but not limited to being listed on the Involvement Network, reserving space on campus, advertising your organization on campus, and access to funding opportunities.
Registered student organizations must re-register annually, comply with state law and the rules, regulations, and policies of the University and the Board of Regents, and uphold all requirements outlined in the Student Organization Manual. Registration of a student organization does not constitute endorsement by the University or approval of the student organization’s policies and activities.
To register your organization, be sure to review all requirements outlined on the New Organization Registration page of the resource hub. Then, complete your registration form through the Involvement Network.
